The Retreat
Over the course of two days, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, find grounding in nature, and nurture your bonds with friends or family, as well as making new friendships with like minded people. Surrounded by Mother Earth’s natural beauty, you’ll have space to pause, reset, and breathe deeply, while engaging in activities that bring clarity, connection, and peace.

For families, the surroundings offer endless opportunities for little ones to explore and discover, while older children or young adults will benefit from our workshops, finding time to recharge after busy months of school, college, or university.

Day One
Our retreat begins with a warm opening circle, where you’ll connect with others and set your intentions for the weekend. From there, we’ll dive into the practice of journaling, offering you tools to capture your thoughts and reflections. This will help deepen your experience throughout the retreat.
After a nourishing lunch, we’ll move into a creative workshop, where guided meditation will help you tap into your senses and express your inner journey through painting. You’ll also contribute to a collaborative artwork that reflects the collective energy of the group.
Later, we’ll immerse ourselves in nature with a grounding session, connecting with the earth’s beauty and the healing vibrations of sound therapy. The evening will bring us together around the fire, where we’ll drum and move to the rhythm, releasing tension and restoring balance, leaving you refreshed and ready to embrace the next part of your journey.
Day Two
On our final day, we’ll begin with an energising movement session, designed to awaken your body and connect you to the elements of nature. This practice will leave you feeling inspired and ready for the day ahead.
After lunch, we’ll slow down with a meditative woodland walk, allowing you to fully absorb the peace of your surroundings and reflect on your journey so far.
Later, we’ll dive into a shared experience of shamanic drumming, using the rhythmic beats to guide you inward and deepen your connection with the earth’s energy.
As the day closes, we’ll gather around the fire for our closing ceremony. We’ll reflect on the insights and connections made during the retreat before celebrating with a joyful dance under the stars—an uplifting way to honour the journey we’ve shared. Throughout the day, all activities are optional, so you can choose to rest, explore, or simply be in the peaceful surroundings. This retreat is your chance to reconnect with yourself, nature, and your inner rhythm.
