Does your child struggle with stress?
Do they sometimes feel overwhelmed but aren’t sure why?
Our stress workshop helps children understand how their nervous system works, what happens in their bodies when they feel stressed, and what kinds of things can trigger those feelings. By learning to recognise these signs early, they’ll be able to catch stress before it builds and use simple tools to bring themselves back to balance.
